All fillings are freeze/thaw capable. The shelf life is atleast six months if stored at a steady temperture, away from direct sunlight and in the sealed pail.

Special pack sizes are available upon request. A minimum batch size is 500 pounds for custom fillings or special requests. We do ask that with our special requests that you take the full batch.

Available pack sizes for our fillings are the following:
- 36-42 lbs (4.25 gallon pail)
- 20 lbs (2 gallon pail)
- 12/2 lbs (handipak pouch)
- 500 lbs (55 gallon food grade fiber drums)
