Pumpkin Pie Improver

Helps stablize the pumpkin pie, by preventing it from cracking. Can also use it for its spice.
Recipe for no. 10 can:
Mix dry; 12-16 oz. pumpkin pie improver, 2# 4 ozs brown sugar then place the prior in machine together with, one no. 10 of pumpkin & 12 ozs. Glucose or honey & mix well. Then gradually mix in 1 gallon of whole milk. Then mix lightly 16 whole eggs. Best results are obtained by leaving stand in refrigerator or cool place for about 4 hrs before filling.
Recipe for no. 2 1/2 can:
Mix dry 3 ozs. pumpkin pie improver, 9ozs. brown sugar. Then place in machine together with 1 no. 2 1/2 can pumpkin & 3 ozs glucose or honey and mix well. Then gradually mix 1 quart. Whole mix, then mix in lightly 4 whole eggs. Refrigerate about 4 hrs before filling.
All fillings are freeze/thaw capable. The shelf life is atleast six months if stored at a steady temperture, away from direct sunlight and in the sealed pail.
Special pack sizes are available upon request. A minimum batch size is 500 pounds for custom fillings or special requests. We do ask that with our special requests that you take the full batch.
